Twitter is equipped with the ability to record and share Spaces audio content

Twitter allows the Spaces voice chat service host to record and share audio content. The new Twitter feature is currently enabled for a limited number of iOS users but is expected to be available to all users in the next few weeks.

With the new Twitter feature, now that a new Space has been created, the host can record different parts of other users’ voice conversations and share them in a tweet. Also with this new feature, if one of the users is added to the voice call late and the host has enabled the recording feature, he can play it again after the end of the program.

However, the tweets that are commonly shared to promote Twitter’s Spaces voice chat rooms now include a link to a recorded copy of the app instead of a note at the end.

On the other hand, users will be notified when joining a new voice chat with a symbol that the host has also enabled recording. Hosts can then, if necessary, share the recorded items for 30 days after the broadcast, or delete their recorded Spaces conversation at any time. Twitter also plans to keep another version of the recorded app for up to 120 days to check for any offensive or abusive content.

Twitter unveils its new Spaces recording feature, which last week made its voice chat service available to all users of iOS and Android operating systems. Twitter is also testing a new tab for a rival feature of its Club House app that builds a fundraiser for developers and is even testing voice rooms that users have to pay to attend.
