How to manage storage space in WhatsApp?

With more than 2 billion active users, WhatsApp is the most popular instant messaging app in the world. It is estimated that this number is 700 million more than any other Facebook Messenger app, although WhatsApp has a major security advantage in terms of global encryption. WhatsApp does not seem to have a lot of storage space, however, when you share thousands of messages, voice memos, photos, videos, and gifs with people, it can quickly fill up your memory. This feature makes it easy to save space and quickly delete files you no longer need. In this report, you will learn how to use it.

1. Update WhatsApp to the latest version on iPhone or Android and then open it.
2. If you see a message saying “Memory is almost full” at the top of the page, click on it. Otherwise, tap the three dots in the upper right corner and select SETTING.
