1. Update WhatsApp to the latest version on iPhone or Android and then open it.
2. If you see a message saying “Memory is almost full” at the top of the page, click on it. Otherwise, tap the three dots in the upper right corner and select SETTING.
3. Click on the storage and data option.
4. Select the manage storage option.
5. You should now see an overview of the amount of data you use as well as the chats that take up the most space. Click on each chat to view the files. From there, click on any file you want to delete or select all.
